The PAS-7512 is a cutting-edge machine vision control system, designed for advanced industrial applications requiring high processing performance and extensive connectivity.

Processing Power

At the heart of the system is a 12th and 13th generation Intel® Core™ processor (i9/i7/i5/i3/G) with LGA1700 socket and 65W TDP, paired with the H610 chipset. Memory is managed by two SO-DIMM DDR5 4800MHz slots supporting up to 64GB, ensuring exceptional performance for artificial vision and industrial control applications.

Advanced Connectivity

The system offers complete connectivity with 6 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 of which are on the motherboard with POE support. Serial communication is provided by 2 RS485/232 ports and 2 RS485/422/232 ports with galvanic isolation. For industrial control, it features a CAN bus interface and 16-bit digital I/O (8 inputs, 8 outputs) with isolation.

Expandability and Storage

Expandability is ensured by M.2 slots: one Key B socket (3042/3052) for 4G/5G modules, one Key-E 2230 for WiFi/Bluetooth, and two Key M sockets (2242/2280) for NVME storage. The integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 730-770 supports high-resolution displays through HDMI (4096×2160@60Hz) and DisplayPort (3840×2160@60Hz) ports.

Industrial Robustness

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the PAS-7512 operates in a temperature range from -40°C to 55°C, withstanding shocks up to 15G and vibrations of 2Grms. The system includes programmable Watchdog Timer and TPM 2.0 support for security. The 24V DC power supply and wall, desktop, or DIN rail mounting options complete the features of this robust industrial system.
