The BOXER-6641 is a next-generation fanless industrial PC that integrates 8th generation Intel® Socket Type processors, offering exceptional performance in a compact and robust form factor.

Computing Power

The system supports a wide range of Intel® processors, from the powerful Intel® Xeon® E-2124G to Intel® Core™ i9-9900T, i7-9700TE, i5-8500T, and i3-8100T models. The platform’s versatility is further enhanced by the ability to use Pentium® G5400T and Celeron® G4900T processors for less demanding applications. The system can handle processors with TDP up to 71W for A2 and A6 models.

Memory and Storage

Memory is managed through two SO-DIMM DDR4-2666 slots supporting up to 64GB of RAM, with the option to use ECC or non-ECC modules. For storage, the system offers one or two 2.5″ SATA drive bays, with RAID 0/1 support in the A6 model.

Advanced Connectivity

Network connectivity is ensured by four Intel® Gigabit Ethernet ports (3x i211 + 1x i219). I/O interfaces include up to 8 USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, 6 configurable serial ports (RS-232/422/485), dual HDMI output, and audio interface with microphone input and line output.

Industrial Design

The completely passive chassis ensures silent and reliable operation, with operating temperatures from -20°C to 55°C (with CPU TDP ≤35W). The system is CE/FCC class A certified and supports power input voltages from 10 to 35V DC, ideal for industrial environments.

Expandability and Flexibility

Expandability is provided by two full-size Mini PCIe slots, one of which can be configured as mSATA, and a SIM slot for mobile connectivity. The system supports both Windows® 10 64-bit and Linux Ubuntu 20.04, offering maximum flexibility in software solution implementation.

Mechanical Features

With dimensions of 264.2 x 80.92 x 156.2 mm, the BOXER-6641 can be wall-mounted and is designed to withstand vibrations up to 2 Grms with SSD/mSATA. The net weight of 3.7 kg ensures solid installation in any industrial environment.
