The iBox Ultra 100 is a cutting-edge fanless industrial PC that integrates the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra processors (Meteor Lake-U), offering exceptional performance in a compact and robust form factor. Designed for demanding industrial applications, this system represents the perfect balance between computing power and reliability.

Processor and Memory

The heart of the system consists of Intel® Core™ Ultra processors, available in Ultra 7 155U and Ultra 5 125U variants, both with 2P+8E architecture. Memory is managed through two SO-DIMM DDR5 5600MHz slots, supporting up to 96GB (48GB per DIMM) in dual channel configuration, ensuring exceptional performance for compute-intensive applications.

Advanced Connectivity

Connectivity is a strong point of the iBox Ultra 100, equipped with USB4/Thunderbolt™ 4 ports, multiple USB 3.2 Gen2 and USB 2.0. Network connectivity is provided by two Intel 2.5 Gigabit LAN controllers, one with vPro support for advanced remote management. The system supports quad display configurations through 2 HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports, 1 DisplayPort 2.1 (via USB4) and 1 DisplayPort 1.4a (via Type-C).

Storage and Expandability

Storage options are versatile and high-performing, with two M.2 Key M slots supporting PCIe Gen4 x4 SSDs, plus an additional SATA3 interface. The system supports RAID 0/1 configurations through Intel® VMD, ensuring data security and speed. Expandability is completed by an M.2 Key E slot for wireless modules.

Industrial Robustness

Built with a robust aluminum chassis, the iBox Ultra 100 operates in a temperature range from -20°C to 50°C with adequate airflow. The compact dimensions of 171.8 x 109.45 x 50.05mm and weight of 1.6Kg make it ideal for installations in confined spaces. The system supports VESA, wall, or DIN rail mounting.

Security and Management

Security is ensured by the integrated Intel® PTT module, while Intel® vPro support facilitates remote management. The integrated watchdog timer ensures automatic recovery in case of system freezes. The device is CE and FCC certified for industrial use.
