The iEP-6010E is a powerful industrial IoT controller designed for artificial intelligence applications and advanced edge computing. Based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin technology, this device delivers exceptional performance in a robust and versatile format.

Computing Power

The heart of the system is the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module, available in different memory configurations: from the top-tier 16GB version reaching up to 157 TOPS (SPARSE) in INT8 operations, to the entry-level 4GB Orin Nano capable of 34 TOPS. The 128-bit LPDDR5 memory ensures high data access performance.

Advanced Connectivity

The iEP-6010E offers complete connectivity with two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one derived directly from the SOM and the other managed by the Intel I210AT controller. The PoE version integrates two ports with IEEE 802.3AF support, while the 5G version supports advanced mobile connectivity with multiple antennas.

Flexible Storage

The system supports various storage options, including an M.2 slot (Key M, 2280) for NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 or Gen4 x4 SSDs with extended temperature specifications, ensuring optimal performance from -25°C to 60°C. It also features a Micro SD card slot with UHS-I/SDR-50 support.

Industrial Robustness

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the iEP-6010E offers protection against shock and vibration according to IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-64 standards. The system operates in a temperature range from -25°C to 60°C and supports flexible power input from 12V to 36V with overvoltage protection up to 80V.

System Expandability

The expandable architecture includes M.2 slots for 5G/4G LTE modules, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and additional storage. Proprietary interfaces provide connectivity for digital I/O, I2C, SPI, and CANBUS, making the device suitable for multiple industrial application scenarios.

Installation Versatility

The system supports various mounting options, including vertical and horizontal wall mounting, VESA mount (base version only), and DIN rail mounting, adapting to any industrial environment. The compact dimensions of 55x170x134mm for the base version and 68x170x134mm for PoE/5G versions optimize space usage.
