The iEP-6010E industrial IoT controller represents a cutting-edge solution for edge computing and artificial intelligence applications, based on powerful NVIDIA Jetson Orin technology.

Computing Power

The system delivers exceptional AI performance thanks to the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module, available in different configurations: the 16GB version achieves up to 157 TOPS (SPARSE) and 78 TOPS (DENSE) in INT8, while the 8GB model reaches 117 TOPS (SPARSE) and 58 TOPS (DENSE). The Nano variant offers 67 TOPS (8GB) and 34 TOPS (4GB) respectively.

Memory and Storage

The 128-bit LPDDR5 memory ensures high performance, with configurations of 16GB, 8GB, or 4GB. For storage, the system supports NVMe PCIe Gen4 x4 drives through the M.2 slot (Key M, 2280) and includes a UHS-I Micro SD card slot.

Advanced Connectivity

The iEP-6010E offers comprehensive connectivity with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, one derived from the SOM and the other managed by the Intel I210AT controller. The PoE version integrates 2 ports with IEEE 802.3AF support. Serial interfaces include one RS-232 port and one configurable RS-232/422/485 port.

Robust Design

Designed for industrial environments, the controller operates in a temperature range from -25°C to 60°C (with Gen3 SSD) or up to 55°C (with Gen4 SSD). Shock and vibration protection is certified according to IEC 60068-2-27 (100G) and IEC 60068-2-64 (5 Grms) standards.

Redundant Power Supply

The system supports a main 12-36V DC power supply with surge protection up to 80V and a secondary USB Type-C PD3.0 20V input with backup function, ideal for mobile applications or redundancy.

Expandability and Flexibility

The iEP-6010E offers multiple expansion options through M.2 slots for 5G/4G LTE modules, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and additional storage. The system also supports MIPI-CSI2 connectors for interfacing with industrial cameras.
