Thanks to its compact and lightweight design (150mm x 107mm x 41.1mm weighing only 0.8 kg), the JEC-3010 enables quick and versatile installation. It can be mounted on desktop, wall, or DIN rail, easily adapting to different application requirements and space constraints.

Versatility and Optimized Connectivity

The JEC-3010 is an embedded controller designed for industrial applications requiring high performance and stability. Equipped with the Intel® Celeron® Elkhart Lake J6413 processor (TDP 6W), it offers an ideal balance between computing power and low energy consumption. The system supports up to 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM, ensuring smooth performance even in multitasking scenarios.

The rich I/O interface set includes:

• Four RS232/422/485 serial ports for extensive industrial communication possibilities
• Three USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port for high-speed peripherals
• Two 2.5GbE LAN ports (Intel® i226V) for reliable and fast network connections
• Video outputs: 1x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort, both with resolution up to 4096×2160 @60Hz
• Realtek ALC897 audio interface with microphone input and line output

For expansion, the JEC-3010 features:

• 1x M.2 Key B slot (3042) for 4G/5G or WiFi/Bluetooth modules
• 1x M.2 Key M slot (2242/2280 SATA) for high-performance storage

Reliability and Durability

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the JEC-3010 can operate in a temperature range from -10°C to 60°C (with 0.7 m/s airflow), with a humidity range of 10%-85% non-condensing. The system offers advanced protection against shock and vibration (15G shock, 2Grms vibration) and supports a wide power input range from 10V to 30V DC, with a 2-pole Phoenix connector.

TPM 2.0 module support (Infineon SLB9670) and programmable watchdog timer from 1 to 255 seconds/minutes ensure additional security and long-term operational reliability.

Software Compatibility

The JEC-3010 is compatible with Windows 10 and Linux operating systems, allowing maximum flexibility in software platform selection.
