The JEC-3510 is a cutting-edge fanless embedded PC designed for industrial applications requiring high reliability and consistent performance. This compact and robust system integrates the latest Intel technologies to ensure efficiency and processing power.

Processor and Performance

At the heart of the system is the Intel® Celeron® Alder Lake-N processor, available in N95/N97/N100/i3-N305 SoC variants. The platform supports up to 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory on a single SO-DIMM slot, ensuring high performance for complex embedded applications. The integrated Intel® UHD Gen.11 graphics provides advanced display capabilities.

Advanced Connectivity

The system offers complete connectivity with 4 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports for high-speed peripherals. Network communication is provided by 2 RTL8111K Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the RS485 (DB9) port ensures compatibility with legacy industrial devices. For display outputs, there’s a DisplayPort supporting up to 4096×2160@60Hz and an HDMI port with maximum resolution of 4096×2160@24Hz.

Storage and Expandability

The unit features an M.2 M-Key slot (2280) supporting both SATA and PCIe x1 NVMe drives, offering flexibility in storage choice. An additional M.2 E-Key slot (2230) allows for integration of WiFi+BT modules for wireless connectivity.

Industrial Design

With compact dimensions of 150x55x110mm and weighing only 0.8Kg, the JEC-3510 is designed for installations in confined spaces. The system operates in a temperature range from -10°C to 60°C with 0.7m/s airflow, ensuring reliability even in challenging environmental conditions. Shock resistance (15G) and vibration resistance (2Grms) are certified according to IEC standards.

Power and Security

The flexible 12-24V DC power supply with 2-pin Phoenix connector adapts to various installation requirements. The system includes programmable watchdog (1-255 sec/min) and optional TPM for data security. CE and CCC certifications ensure compliance with international standards.
