The system integrates the Intel® Alder Lake SoC chipset which offers a robust and reliable platform for the most demanding industrial applications. The system memory includes 8GB of LPDDR5 soldered directly on the motherboard, guaranteeing superior data transfer speeds and reduced latency compared to previous generations. The integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 630/610 graphics processor supports high-resolution video output up to 4096 x 2160 @60Hz via DisplayPort, ideal for HMI applications and industrial monitoring systems.

Industrial Connectivity

The I/O configuration of the PAC-3020 has been specifically designed for the industrial environment, featuring three USB 3.0 ports (2x USB-A + 1x USB-C) for connecting high-speed peripherals. The system includes two RS485 serial ports with galvanic isolation via 6-pin Phoenix terminals, essential for communication with fieldbus devices and legacy systems. Network connectivity is guaranteed by two Intel® i210AT RJ45 Ethernet ports for network redundancy, plus a dedicated Intel® i210AT EtherCAT port for high-performance real-time automation protocols.

Flexible Storage

The PAC-3020 storage system offers multiple options to satisfy different application needs. It includes 32GB of integrated eMMC for operating system boot and core applications, guaranteeing fast boot times and high reliability. There is an M.2 2242 slot that supports both SATA and NVMe PCIe x2 interfaces for high-speed storage expansions. An MRAM option is also available reserved for applications requiring ultra-fast non-volatile memory.

Robust Power

The system power supply is designed for challenging industrial environments, accepting 24V DC input via 4-pole Phoenix connector. The system integrates internal electrolytic capacitors that provide 100ms power-off retention, sufficient to complete critical operations during momentary power interruptions. This feature is fundamental for maintaining data integrity in industrial applications.

The PAC-3020 is designed with a fanless design that eliminates moving parts, drastically reducing failure points and required maintenance. The compact dimensions of 55 × 108 × 123 mm allow installations in tight spaces, while mounting options include wall-mounting and DIN Rail-mounting for maximum deployment flexibility. The system operates in an extended temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, with storage temperatures up to -25°C/+70°C, guaranteeing reliable operation in severe environmental conditions.

The system is CE and CCC certified, ensuring compliance with international standards for commercial and industrial applications. The robust design passes vibration tests 2Grms according to IEC 60068-2-64 and shock tests 15G according to IEC 60068-2-27, guaranteeing reliable operation even in environments with significant vibrations and mechanical stress.
