The iEP-5000G Series is a cutting-edge industrial IoT controller designed for advanced industrial applications. Equipped with the powerful Intel® Atom® x6425RE quad-core 1.9GHz processor, this system delivers exceptional performance in a robust, fanless design.

Advanced Performance

The system supports up to 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory with In-Band ECC technology, ensuring reliability and data integrity. The flexible storage architecture includes a Micro SD slot, an M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3/SATA3 drive, and a 2.5″ SATA SSD option.

Versatile Connectivity

Network connectivity is ensured through multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports, with configurations including up to 5 LAN ports and PoE IEEE 802.3AF support on selected models. I/O interfaces include 3 RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 4 USB ports (2x USB 3.2 Gen1 and 2x USB 2.0), and 4 inputs/4 digital outputs.

Industrial Design

Designed for extreme industrial environments, the iEP-5000G operates in a temperature range from -40°C to 70°C (base/5LAN SKU). The flexible power supply supports 6-36VDC input with OVP, UVP, OCP protection and surge protection up to 80V.

Advanced Expandability

The system offers M.2 expansion slots for Wi-Fi 6E, 4G LTE, or 5G modules, supporting advanced wireless connectivity. Support for Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and Intel® Time Coordinated Computing (TCC) ensures reliable real-time performance.

Security and Management

Security is guaranteed by the integrated TPM 2.0 module, while management features include WDT and Intel® In-Band Manageability. The system is CE and FCC Class A certified, ensuring compliance with industrial standards.
