The VULCAN X is a rugged 10.4-inch vehicle computer designed to operate in extreme conditions and demanding industrial environments. Equipped with a high-brightness 1200 nits display with defrost/defogging function, this device ensures optimal visibility both day and night.

Superior Performance

The system is equipped with Intel® Core™ i5-8365UE 1.6GHz processor or, alternatively, Intel® Celeron® 4305UE 2.0GHz. The 4GB DDR4 SODIMM RAM memory, expandable up to 32GB, ensures high performance for intensive industrial applications. The unit includes an M.2 2280 SSD for storage and an integrated 6-axis motion sensor.

Certified Ruggedness

Certified according to IEC 60529 IP66 and IEC 60721-3-5 class 5M3 standards, the VULCAN X resists vibrations and shocks according to MIL-STD-810H specifications. Its structure is designed to operate in temperatures from -30°C to +55°C, with protection against salt fog.

Advanced Connectivity

It offers complete connectivity with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/v/r/k, Bluetooth 5.0 and optional support for 4G LTE/5G. Interfaces include RS-232/422/485 ports, USB 3.1, Gigabit Ethernet and CAN bus 2.0B/SAE J1939 support.

Professional Display

The 10.4″ XGA TFT LCD display (1024×768) with LED backlight offers 1200 nits brightness with automatic adjustment. The 5-wire resistive touchscreen supports defrost functions and glove/rain mode.

Power Management

Flexible power supply from 9~60VDC with ignition detection, Wake on RTC function and internal battery for controlled shutdown. The system includes 7 programmable keys and dedicated controls for brightness and volume.
