The iEP-6010E is a cutting-edge industrial IoT controller that integrates powerful NVIDIA Jetson Orin technologies for advanced artificial intelligence and edge computing applications. Performance and Processing
The system is equipped with various NVIDIA Jetson Orin processor options, including the powerful Orin NX SOM 16GB that delivers up to 157 SPARSE (78 DENSE) INT8 TOPS, ideal for intensive AI applications. The Orin NX 8GB version achieves 117 SPARSE TOPS, while the Nano 8GB and 4GB variants offer 67 and 34 SPARSE TOPS respectively.
Memory and Storage
The LPDDR5 memory ranges from 4GB to 16GB with 128-bit or 64-bit interface, ensuring high data processing performance. For storage, the device integrates an M.2 slot (Key M, 2280) compatible with NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 or Gen4 x4 SSDs, plus a Micro SD Card UHS-I/SDR-50 slot.
Advanced Connectivity
The iEP-6010E offers complete connectivity with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, one from the SOM and another from the Intel I210AT. The PoE version integrates 2 ports with IEEE 802.3AF support. USB interfaces include 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 ports (one with lock) and 2 USB 2.0 ports.
Industrial Robustness
Designed to operate in extreme conditions, the device supports operating temperatures from -25°C to 60°C (with Gen3 SSD) or up to 55°C (with Gen4 SSD). Shock and vibration protection is certified according to IEC 60068-2-27 (100G) and IEC 60068-2-64 (5 Grms) standards.
Redundant Power Supply
The system offers dual power input with DC 12-36V (Phoenix connector) and USB Type-C PD3.0 20V interface with locking function, ideal for mobile applications or as a redundant power source.
Expandability and Communication
The iEP-6010E includes RS-232/422/485 serial ports, proprietary connectors for digital I/O, I2C, SPI, and CANBUS interfaces. The 5G version supports up to 4 5G/4G LTE antennas plus 2 Wi-Fi antennas, with M.2 slots for wireless communication modules.
