The JEC-5310 is a high-quality fanless embedded PC designed for advanced industrial applications. This robust and versatile system offers exceptional performance thanks to its cutting-edge architecture.
Processing Power
The heart of the system features the latest generation Intel® Core® processors, with options including i3-1115G4, i5-1135G7, i7-1165G7, and i7-1195G7, plus industrial E variants. Based on the Intel® Tiger Lake U SoC chipset with 15W TDP, it ensures optimal balance between performance and energy efficiency. Memory is managed through a DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMM slot, supporting up to 32GB to handle even the most intensive workloads.
Advanced Connectivity
Connectivity is a key strength of the JEC-5310, with 4 RJ45 ports (3x Intel® i226V, 1x Intel® i210AT) featuring 4kV surge protection. The system also offers 4 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports, along with 2 RS232/422/485 serial ports for maximum versatility in industrial connections. Video capabilities are provided by one DisplayPort and one HDMI port, both supporting resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @60Hz.
Expandability and Storage
Expandability is ensured through various M.2 options: one Key-M slot (2280) for SATA/nVME SSDs, one Key-B 3042/3052 slot for 4G/5G modules, and one Key-E 2230 slot for WiFi/BT modules. It also features a SATA 3.0 interface for 2.5″ HDD/SSD.
Industrial Robustness
Designed for industrial environments, the JEC-5310 operates in a temperature range from -10 to 60°C with 0.7m/s airflow. Its robust construction allows it to withstand vibrations of 2Grms (IEC 60068-2-64) and shocks of 15G (IEC 60068-2-27). The compact dimensions of 200.4 × 140.4 × 52.7 mm and weight of 1.8 Kg make it ideal for installations in confined spaces.
Mounting Flexibility
The system offers versatile mounting options, including wall mounting or DIN rail installation. Power is managed through a 12~36V DC input with 2-pin Phoenix connector, ensuring reliability in industrial environments.
