The industrial IoT controller iEP-6010E represents a cutting-edge solution for edge computing and artificial intelligence applications. Equipped with innovative NVIDIA Jetson Orin technology, this device offers exceptional performance in a compact and robust format.

Computing Power

The system is available in various configurations with NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Nano modules. The top-tier version with Orin NX 16GB achieves performance up to 157 TOPS SPARSE (78 DENSE) in INT8, while the model with Orin NX 8GB reaches 117 TOPS SPARSE. The Orin Nano variants offer 67 TOPS (8GB) and 34 TOPS (4GB) respectively, ensuring flexibility of choice based on application requirements.

Memory and Storage

LPDDR5 memory ranges from 4GB to 16GB with 128-bit interface (64-bit for 4GB version), supporting intensive data processing. For storage, the device integrates an M.2 slot (Key M, 2280) compatible with NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 and Gen4 x4 SSDs, plus a Micro SD Card UHS-I/SDR-50 slot.

Advanced Connectivity

The iEP-6010E offers complete connectivity with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, one derived from the SOM and the other managed by Intel I210AT. The PoE version integrates 2 ports with IEEE 802.3AF support. Serial interfaces include one RS-232 port and one configurable RS-232/422/485 port. USB connectivity is provided by 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports.

Industrial Robustness

Designed for industrial environments, the system operates in a temperature range from -25°C to 60°C (with Gen3 SSD) or up to 55°C (with Gen4 SSD). Shock resistance is certified according to IEC 60068-2-27 (100G), while vibration resistance is tested according to IEC 60068-2-64 (5 Grms).

Redundant Power Supply

The system supports a main 12-36V DC power supply with surge protection up to 80V and a secondary USB Type-C PD3.0 20V input with backup function. The PoE/5G version requires a more powerful 330W adapter to handle higher power consumption.

Expandability and Flexibility

The iEP-6010E offers various expansion options through M.2 slots for 5G/4G LTE modules, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and additional storage. The system also supports proprietary connectors for digital I/O, industrial communication interfaces, and remote control.
