The JET-3020 is designed to facilitate installation in various industrial scenarios thanks to its compact and robust design (200.4mm x 140.4mm x 68.7mm) and lightweight of 1.93 kg. It supports desktop, wall, or DIN rail mounting, offering maximum integration flexibility.

Versatility and Advanced Connectivity

Equipped with the Intel® Elkhart Lake J6412 processor, the JET-3020 ensures high performance with low power consumption, ideal for industrial automation applications, edge computing, and process control. It supports up to 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM, ensuring responsiveness even with intensive workloads.

The system offers a wide range of I/O interfaces:

• Four RS232/422/485 serial ports and two RS232 ports (via cable)
• Four USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports for fast connectivity
• Four LAN ports (3x i226V, 1x i210AT) for advanced industrial networking
• DisplayPort and HDMI video outputs up to 4096×2160 @60Hz
• Realtek ALC897 audio interface (combined Mic-in and Line-out)
• 8-bit GPIO on Phoenix terminal
• 1x CANBus 2.0 and 1x I²C for additional industrial integrations

Reliability and Industrial Ruggedness

The JET-3020 is designed for demanding environments, with an operating temperature range from -10°C to 60°C (with 0.7 m/s airflow) and humidity from 10% to 85% non-condensing. It supports shock up to 15G and vibration up to 2Grms, compliant with IEC 60068-2 standards.

Power supply is flexible, supporting inputs from 12V to 36V DC with a 2-pole Phoenix connector. Security features are completed by the TPM 2.0 module (Infineon SLB9670) and configurable watchdog timer from 1 to 255 seconds/minutes.

Software Compatibility The JET-3020 is fully compatible with Windows 10 and Linux operating systems, ensuring broad integration possibilities across various application platforms.
